We want to offer you a cozy wooden cottage for a family holiday or an individual holiday.

 It is located in the Vapniarka Village, suburban settlement "Soniachnyi". Quiet, peaceful place. The house is located almost on the beach. You can relax there both in summer and in winter. Four bedrooms, each has a double bed (extra third bed available on request, at extra charge). You can rent one room or the whole cottage.

All rooms are equipped with:

pillows, blankets, bed linen, towels (bath, face).

 Each room has a TV, air conditioning, shower and toilet (hairdryer, twenty-four-hour hot water)

 Each room has a floor-to-sealing window overlooking the sea, a balcony with wicker furniture.

  On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen studio (equipped with everything necessary), a large TV and a refrigerator. This place can unite your company during a delicious dinner and watching an interesting movie. From the first floor of the house you go out onto the terrace, with a long wooden table where you can also get together in the open air.

The terrace overlooks a lovely courtyard with a barbecue area, space for sun loungers and a play area for children. And of course, from all places of the house there is a beautiful view of the sea, which you will admire throughout the rest. 

 We would like to offer you some nice bonuses of the cottage: going down to the lower terrace you get to the recreation area. Here you can swim in a large and clean pool. At extra charge we can arrange for you swimming in a Transcarpathian-style plunge tub with sea water or herbs, right on the seashore. If necessary, a place for your car is provided. Nearby there are the shopping center "Riviera", supermarket, cafes, shops, places for children's entertainment, cinema, etc. You can take a transport that goes to the historic center.
