COMPLEX RULES

📌 Security Deposit upon Check-in
- Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a security deposit of 2000 UAH.
- The deposit is returned to the guest on the day of check-out after the room inspection, provided that no property has been damaged, the accommodation rules have been followed, and no damage to the property has occurred.
📌 Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation — no later than 7 days before arrival.
- If cancelled later — a penalty equal to the cost of 1 night stay will be charged.
🛏 Guest Accommodation
- Each room accommodates only the agreed number of guests.
- Extra beds — upon request and subject to approval by administration (charged separately).
- If the number of guests exceeds the booking: either an additional fee applies, or the administration may refuse check-in without refund of prepayment.
🕐 Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: after 14:00
- Check-out: before 12:00
- Late check-out is charged as an additional night.
💳 Booking Guarantee
- To guarantee your booking, a prepayment of 1000 UAH is required.
🔇 Silence and respect
- Please respect quiet hours after 23:00.
🚫 Not Allowed
- Dangerous/flammable substances, smoking inside rooms, damaging property, pets, and handing keys to third parties.
🔑 On Departure
- The room is inspected, and keys must be returned to the administrator.

Dear guests!
After making a payment for your stay, it is mandatory to do one of the following:
- Send a photo or scan of the receipt to the manager in messenger;
- Or inform the manager about the payment on the same day you spoke with them. Please note that on other days the selected room may already be occupied, so always notify us immediately.
🔹 This is necessary so we can promptly confirm your payment and secure your room.
‼️ If the receipt or payment confirmation is not provided on the day of payment, the booking will be considered invalid, and the room may be given to other guests.
